Running & Walking Training for Women
Tune Up is a 16 week training program for women runners and walkers that culminates with the Indianapolis
Monumental Marathon on November 6th. The race also has a half marathon and, new this year, a 5K race.
Tune Up is for women of any age and experience level. We will help you attain your training goals with
group runs or walks, group seminars on everything from stretching to nutrition to proper shoes and more.
Participants will also get individual counseling and coaching.
You don't have to be a racer to participate. Tune Up is the perfect opportunity to make walking or
running with coaching and proper training an enjoyable part of your life and a fun fitness activity. On top
of it all you will make friends. Find out more at our information session on Wednesday, July 14th
at 6:00 pm at
the Riviera Club, 5640 N. Illinois Street (just north of the canal). Get fitter, get faster and have some fun!
